Wada is a category of savoury fried snacks native to South India. Wadas can be described variously as fritters, cutlets, or dumplings. Alternative names for this food include Wadai, Wade, and bada. Wadas are sometimes stuffed with vegetables and traditionally served with chutneys and sambar.

 This Popular Wada made in many varieties. Methu Wada originated from  (Chola’s, in 12th Century )Kanchipuram , a temple place from Tamilnadu. Whereas other varity Masala Wada originated from (Wadiyar’s, 13th Century) Mysusru a historical place in Karnataka.
